kali linux stuck on login screen

Hi guys, I need some help. old yahoo mail login I've had kali installed as a VM on virtual box for some time now but recently went to download something and I had a warning saying insufficient disk space or something along those lines, so I thought no probs I'll increase the disk size within virtual box, so I did that and went to boot up the VM again and type in my login details for the account the screen turns . luckia login
